NewGen Advisory, a fully integrated commercial real estate investment firm specializing in EB-5 financing, private equity and development, had a website that was riddled with bugs and outdated branding. It was time for a complete rebrand and a secure and more up-to-date, corporate website design. In today’s market, it’s essential to have a modern, fully effective and mobile optimized website to keep viewers interested and on your site for the longest time possible. For corporate website designing, it’s crucial to have the site not only be cohesive but also displayed in a precise, clean and usable manner.

Our main focus was to immediately display everything NewGen Advisory executes and has to provide for their clients. With that being said, it was important to show their commercial properties for sale right off the bat to really capture a potential buyer’s attention. Our creative team made sure that NewGen’s site was completely accessible and gave page visitors all the tools they’ll need right on the home page including submitting an email to be updated with the latest listings, information about NewGen, recently closed transactions for credibility, and links to all of their social media platforms. Built using the well-known WordPress CMS, this site is incredibly quick to update and easy to add new pages whenever they may be needed. Not only did we create an entire website for NewGen but we also re-designed their logo, giving them a clean, solidified look which we then applied to all of their efforts on their social media platforms.  The last stage of this rebrand was to completely update and create all of their social media outlets, getting them ready for their website launch day, assuming that many potential customers will rely on these sources for information and credibility, in addition to their website. At Epic Productions, it’s our goal to provide our clients with top notch digital work that exceeds their expectations and sets them up for continued success.
