CREDIT CARD COMMERCIALS

This series of credit card commercials we recently produced for Arizona Federal Credit Union focuses on the launch of their newest self-service app, CardPower. CardPower allows future and current members to have full access of their credit and debit cards, serving as a ‘remote control’ that lets members turn their cards on and off, limit the use by location, specify transaction types, allow and block certain transactions, and set spending limits. In these spots, you’ll see credit union members receiving advice from none other than Football Legend himself, Kurt Warner, and Arizona Federal banking specialist, Rachel. Our strategy behind this series of commercials was to show a real life scenario that many would relate to. By doing so, we’re aiming to have people reflect upon their own lives and think about how this service could benefit themselves!

Not only did we produce and shoot this series of commercials, we also strategically placed these spots on live television. We aimed to target Arizona Federal’s prime demographic of sports fanatics by placing CardPower on a local FOX Sports channel during and between baseball games as well as in between commercial breaks on the popular ad supported streaming company, Hulu. Not only are we reaching regular sports fans and TV/movie lovers, we are able to instantly appeal to a much broader audience as well. If we have to pinpoint anything most everyday people care about, it’s their finances, and by putting these spots directly on a live broadcast, we can instantly attract potential members. Not only that, we can add a bit of humor to their day which adds an emotional touch. At Epic, we come straight from the broadcast world and know exactly what makes a great television commercial stand out amongst the rest, including where and when to place your spot to air on TV. This campaign will be placed to air through the summer months until fall, starting off with this series of credit card commercials.
